Breast lift is a surgical procedure to raise or reshape sagging breasts. Factors such as pregnancy, nursing and gravitational force can cause the breast to sag, if the breast volume is small, implants can be inserted along with mastopexy. Best results are seen in small sagging breasts.

BREAST AUGMENTATION

This procedure is done to increase the size and shape of the breast. Silicon or saline filled implants are placed under the muscle or below the breast tissue.  

The size of the implant depends on the skin laxity and amount of breast tissue. 

Augmentation mammoplasty helps to correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy.  

Helps to improve body contour of women, whose breast size is small. 

Ideal Candidates for breast augmentation are women who look for improvement in the way they look.

Specific problems associated with this procedure are capsular contracture, when the scar or capsule around the implant begins to tighten. They can be treated by scoring of the scar tissue.

Some women develop infection around the implant, most often seen within a week after surgery. Certain cases, the implant may need to be removed.

Due to large pendulous breasts, women may experience problems due to the weight, in the form of the neck pain and skin irritation. It also affects the psyche of the individual. Reduction mammoplasty removes the fat, glandular tissue and excess skin from the breast, making them smaller and firmer. The breasts are reshaped in proportion to the body.
